On 5/22/2020 at approximately 6:45 am a group of fisherman on the CT River located a person in the water. Enfield Fire, Thompsonville Fire, Enfield EMS, and Enfield PD were dispatched to the Parsons Road boat launch. Further information was received saying the party was rescued by a group of fisherman. Enfield’s Hovercraft launched and retrieved the patient bringing them back to shore. The patient was transported to a local hospital by Enfield EMS. Great job by all involved.
