Chief Edward N. Richards reports that Enfield Fire District No. 1 recovered a drone off of a school roof recently.
A crew from Enfield Fire District No. 1 received a request for service one Friday night when a mother and son stopped by the station after they lost the son’s drone.
The drone had accidentally landed on the roof of the Parkman School and was stuck out of their reach. E -12’s crew responded and retrieved the drone using a ground ladder to the roof.
Enfield Fire District is pleased to report that the drone has been returned to its owners.
