The Enfield Fire District is pleased to announce proposed changes to the District By-Laws.
The changes support multiple requests that were made by the District Taxpayers, including the clarification of types of meetings and to allow for all day voting during Special Meetings. Changes to the proposed By-Laws are shown in the below document in BOLD RED. The Proposed District By-Laws can also be downloaded here for mobile viewing and to print.
Comments regarding the proposed changes will be received at the next Regular Commissioner Meeting to be held Thursday November 7, 2019 at 7:30 PM at Station One.
District taxpayers are welcome to attend. If the provided By-Law changes are accepted by the Board of Commissioners, a date will be scheduled for a Special District Meeting where the proposed By-Laws will be presented for a vote by the District Taxpayers.
