PROPOSED REPLACEMENT OF TRUCK 12 AERIAL PLATFORM

The legal voters and those entitled to vote in the Enfield Fire District No. 1 are hereby warned and notified that an Informational Meeting of the District has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. on the ZOOM Video Chat platform. This meeting will review the present state of the existing aerial platform Truck 12, plans for the replacement and the future strategic vision of the apparatus fleet.

Taxpayers of the Enfield Fire District One are invited to attend this informational meeting and will have the opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of the presentation.

This presentation will take place on Tuesday Sept. 29th.

The actual vote will be held on the next day (Wednesday Sept. 30th). Voting will take place between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.  Due to concerns with the Covid-19 virus, the voting will take place with a minimum of exposure risk. All voters will enter off Phoenix Ave, stay in their cars the entire voting process, be directed to be verified as legal voters and those entitled to vote, by showing a picture ID through their window, and then proceed to the spot for the vote which will be by ballot, and then exit.  Further instructions and information will be available on the District’s website prior to the meeting.
