Deputy Chief William Higgins reports that Enfield Fire District No. 1 extinguished a trailer fire on I-91 early Monday morning.
At 3:43 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, members of Enfield Fire District No. 1 were dispatched to I-91 northbound near Exit 46 for a report of a trailer on fire. Prior to firefighters’ arrival, the driver had disconnected the tractor from the trailer.
Enfield Fire District No. 1 was assisted with mutual aid from Warehouse Point and Thompsonville Fire Districts in extinguishing the fire.
