About the Board of Fire Commissioner

Maureen Brennan, a lifelong Enfield Fire District resident, has served for over ten years on the Enfield Fire commission. Maureen has been an involved community member coaching youth soccer for many years, serving on sub-committees of the Board of Education, and PTO. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from Westfield State College and works in the insurance industry. Maureen saw first-hand the excellent service provided by the EFD and as commissioner wishes to positively contribute to the department with innovative thinking with a focus on investing in the firefighters and providing top-level emergency fire services to the members of the district. Maureen is married with three children and enjoys routing for Boston sports teams, the beach, and reading.
