The Enfield Fire District No.1 is proud to announce the start of two new full-time firefighters on this date. Mr. John Bower and Mr. Joshua Donor started their career firefighter positions today with Mr. Bower assigned to Station #2 and Mr. Donor assigned to Station #1. Firefighters Bower and Donor fill existing firefighter positions that were vacated earlier this year.
Both firefighters began their fire service careers as Junior Firefighters in Enfield. John Bower started as a Junior in November of 2006 and Mr. Donor in July of 2010. Both firefighters have achieved State Certification at Firefighter Level 2 and EMT.
